Free parking and delicious breakfast were my favorite parts of my stay. Plus, the location was perfect for my business trip, as it was very close to the airport and convenient for my daily commute.

the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, which made it difficult to work. it left a lot to be desired and I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

Not impressed with this hotel at all. When we checked in there were no towels in the bathroom or toilet paper. The bathroom was filty - mould in the shower and what looked like chocolate all over the bathroom sink. Floor was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it. We booked a tripple but the third bed was a rollaway pushed under the double. When you pulled it out there was less than 2cm to move in the entire room. Later that night we realised we were missing pillows but the office closed at 11am. Told managment & they were sympathetic & checked on the cleaning the next day but the same marks were still there. Incl cobwebs on the ceiling. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very run down.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the A41 North, making it easily accessible for travelers using the Autoroute. It is also a short 15-minute drive to the city center of Annecy, providing a convenient base for exploring the area. its proximity to the airport is a plus for those arriving by air. the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with amenities such as tea making facilities and a good shower.

The breakfast buffet offered at the hotel was described as barely adequate in one of the reviews.

Be careful, there are two of these hotels in the area so make sure which one you are booking. I went to one to be told I'd booked another a few miles further out...

tres mal situé, au pied d'un aeroport et d'un rond point. le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il fallait faire fonctionner toute la nuit la clim pour avoir de l'air chaud. les sanitaires etaient propres mal l'ensemble est vieux et les joints de la douche sont noirs. tres decevant.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip as it was close to the highway and had plenty of parking available. the room was basic but had all the necessary amenities, including a good shower and tea-making facilities. the breakfast buffet was also quite good and offered a variety of options.

The room felt tired and worn out, with damaged furniture and dirty tiles in the bathroom. the air conditioning was not functioning, and the room was too hot to sleep in comfortably.
